The Data Science Intern will be responsible for assisting in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data. Daily tasks include developing statistical models, creating data visualisations, supporting data-driven decision-making processes, and collaborating with various teams to implement findings. The intern will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced data scientists and gain hands-on experience in the field.ResponsibilitiesBuild and fine-tune ML/DL models for resume parsing, skill extraction, and project analysisCreate AI agent pipelines for candidate screening, ranking, and auto-communicationUse semantic search and embedding models to match resumes to job roles and validate user skillsDevelop real-time scoring systems for resume quality, job fit, and AI interview performanceUse web-scraped and structured data to train models on authenticity, skill verification, and hiring signalsCollaborate with Gen AI and full-stack teams to plug models into real product featuresHelp track, analyze, and optimize AI performance through feedback loopsRequirementsStrong foundation in machine learning, NLP, and data analyticsExperience with Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, pandas, etc.Familiar with embeddings, transformers, and vector DBs (FAISS, Chroma, etc.)Hands-on with building or integrating AI agents using Langchain, Langflow, or custom pipelinesExposure to skill tagging, resume parsing, or recommendation systems is a plusComfortable with noisy, real-world data and problem-solving through experimentationAbility to explain models and outputs in a simple, actionable waySend your best projects, not only resumes.Mail us at abdulquadir@
