Job Summary:Responsible for accelerating the growth of our FMCG product line across platforms like Zepto, BlinkIt, Swiggy Instamart, and other e-commerce channels. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on executionKRA's:• Quick Commerce & Marketplace Management: Own and manage relationships with platforms like Zepto, BlinkIt, Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.Optimize listings, pricing, promotions, and visibility to drive conversions.Collaborate with platform teams to execute joint marketing campaigns and increase share of shelf.• Marketing Budget & Campaign Execution: Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to allocate and manage marketing spends across platforms.Drive performance-based marketing campaigns to meet sales and ROI goals.Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and iterate for improvements.• D2C Strategy & Sales Enablement:Develop and execute a robust growth strategy for online D2C channels.Build a detailed calendar for product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and consumer engagement activities.Collaborate with internal teams (product, design, supply chain) to ensure smooth rollout and execution.• Performance & Analytics: Monitor channel performance using dashboards and analytics tools.Identify growth opportunities based on data insights and customer behavior.
