In this role, you will focus on generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our client portfolio. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, leveraging your sales acumen and relationship-building skills to drive revenue growth and establish Zyxware as their trusted staffing partner.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect & Generate Leads: Identify and target potential clients through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.Build Relationships: Engage with decision-makers (e.g., HR leaders, hiring managers, C-suite executives) to understand their staffing needs and position Zyxware as the go-to solution.Qualify Opportunities: Assess client needs and qualify leads to ensure alignment with our staffing services, passing high-potential opportunities to the sales team for closure.Drive Outreach Campaigns: Execute multi-channel outreach strategies (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.) to secure meetings and build a robust pipeline of new business.Collaborate with Teams: Partner with recruiters and account managers to tailor pitches and ensure seamless client handoffs, maintaining a client-centric approach.Track & Report Progress: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status in [CRM tool, e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot], providing regular updates to leadership.Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and staffing challenges to position Zyxware competitively.What We’re Looking ForExperience: 3+ years in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, ideally in staffing, recruitment, or a related B2B industry.Relationship Builder: Proven ability to connect with people, establish trust, and nurture long-term client partnerships.Hunter Mentality: A proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for finding and winning new business.Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach and deliver persuasive pitches.Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; comfortable using technology to streamline sales efforts.Resilience: Comfortable with rejection and adept at staying motivated in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Team Player: Collaborative spirit with a willingness to contribute to team success and share best practices.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).Bonus PointsExperience selling staffing or recruitment services.Existing network of contacts.Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment processes.
