Job Title: Retail Marketing & LSM (Local Store Marketing) ManagerLocation: DelhiJob Type: PermanentExperience: Minimum 10+ yearsQualification: MBA (Marketing preferred)Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic Retail Marketing & LSM Manager with extensive experiencein retail, FMCD, and FMCG brands. The ideal candidate will lead localized marketinginitiatives, drive footfalls, and optimize store-level campaigns to enhance customerengagement and sales.Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Execution: Develop and implement retail marketing strategiesto drive footfalls and enhance brand presence at the local store level. Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead end-to-end planning and execution ofmarketing campaigns, including promotions, activations, and seasonal offers. Merchandising & POP Planning: Oversee in-store branding, point-of-purchase(POP) materials, and merchandise planning to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Local Store Marketing (LSM): Create hyper-local marketing plans targetingstruggling stores with precision marketing and data-driven insights. OOH & Digital Marketing: Develop out-of-home (OOH) and digital marketingstrategies to maximize reach and customer conversion in specific locations. Google My Business (GMB) Optimization: Manage GMB listings, reviews, andupdates to enhance local store discoverability and improve customer experience. Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to ensurecost-effective and high-quality execution of marketing initiatives. Cost Efficiency & Timely Execution: Ensure marketing activities are executedwithin budget and deadlines while maintaining high efficiency. Data Management & Reports: Track, analyze, and report marketing performancemetrics, store-level insights, and campaign effectiveness. Creative Adaptation for Local Marketing Initiatives: Customize marketingcreatives to align with regional preferences and customer demographics. Local Marketing Initiatives Calendar: Develop and maintain a marketing calendarto ensure timely execution of local campaigns and events. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketers, ensuring alignment withbrand guidelines and marketing goals. Budget Management: Allocate and optimize marketing budgets across multiplechannels for maximum ROI. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign effectiveness, storeperformance, and customer insights to refine future marketing strategies.Key Requirements: 10+ years of experience in retail marketing, LSM, or brand management, preferablyin retail brands, FMCD, or FMCG sectors. Proven expertise in campaign planning, merchandise planning, and store-levelprecision marketing. Strong knowledge of OOH media, digital marketing, and GMB planning to drivelocalized impact. Experience in handling multi-channel marketing initiatives and increasing footfallsthrough data-driven strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze market trends and implement innovative marketing solutions. Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools for campaign tracking and reporting.Why Join Us? Opportunity to work with a leading retail brand and shape the local marketingstrategy. Competitive salary and benefits. A dynamic work environment with growth opportunities.
