This role requires a forward-thinking individual with deep technical expertise and a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. You will be instrumental in architecting and implementing a robust backend infrastructure that can handle the dynamic demands of a modern AI-driven product.Key Responsibilities:Design Backend Engineering: design, and implement backend systems with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.Development & Integration: Develop high-quality, maintainable code; integrate AI and DevOps tools to create a seamless and efficient system.Data Handling: Build robust data pipelines for training and deploying generative AI models, ensuring efficient data storage, processing, and retrieval.Cloud Infrastructure: Leverage cloud platforms ( Azure or GCP) to build and deploy microservices; ensure the infrastructure supports continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.DevOps Practices: Establish best practices for DevOps, including automated testing, monitoring, and deployment.Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards across the entire backend system.Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with other engineers and product leaders; provide technical mentorship and drive code quality and innovation.Required Qualifications:Proven experience (5+ years) in backend development with a track record of building scalable, mission-critical applications.Proficiency in backend programming languages Python, Golang, Javascript .Strong experience with cloud platforms ( GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.Expertise in designing microservices architectures and RESTful APIs.Solid understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD, and automation tools.Familiarity with integrating AI or machine learning components into backend systems.Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with generative AI frameworks and model deployment.Knowledge of distributed systems, message queues, and real-time processing.Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience in startup environments or high-growth tech companies.If you are a passionate coder and want to be a part of game changing work come join us.
