We are a funded startup and backed up RPSG Capital Ventures. About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced e-commerce marketplace executive who will play a key role in driving business growth and brand development on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket and Q-com channels including Zepto, Instamart and BlinkIt. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a proven track record in managing and maintaining marketplace accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to make a significant impact in a fast-paced digital/e-commerce environment. Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management: Monitor stock levels across marketplaces to ensure availability of all sku’s on all channels. Work closely with the supply team for efficient inventory planning.Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with marketplace managers to secure purchase orders, follow up on payments, follow up for appointments to inward goods, to get GRN’s and handle other key operational activities.Ads Management: Plan, create, and optimize search and display ad campaigns. Do the necessary keyword research, budget allocation, and city-wise & product-wise & other audience demographic targeting to maximize ROI.Data & Reporting: Assist in creating, analyzing, and interpreting relevant reports to drive data-backed decision-making and optimize marketplace performance. Perform detailed analysis of sales trends, conversions, and key metrics, providing relevant insights. Listing Support: Manage and update product listings by optimizing thumbnails, titles, A+ content, benefits, and descriptions to enhance visibility and conversions.Growth & Organic Traffic: Develop and implement effective strategies to increase organic traffic and boost sales through SEO, content optimization, and other marketplace best practices.Skills we are looking forMust Haves:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, marketing, or a related field.A minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, specifically managing and maintaining marketplace accounts.Comprehensive understanding of marketplace operations, processes, fulfilment, marketing strategies, competitive landscape, analytics, reporting, and content management systems. Strong leadership skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Experience in P&L management and accountability, with a focus on strengthening brand consistency across all sales channels. Prior experience in the direct-to-consumer (D2C) or ecommerce industry is mandatory.Proficient in using ecommerce tools and platforms, such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.Excellent analytical skills to generate reports, create pivot tables and find insights from data.Strong command over written and spoken English.Advanced knowledge of MS Office and the Google suite of products.
