This extensive presence and trust built by Tattvan serve as a strong foundation for Kollectcare's entry into the market.By utilizing the brand equity earned by Tattvan in these regions, Kollectcare is strategically positioned to introduce its Cardio-Diabeto range, ensuring faster acceptance and wider adoption among patients, doctors, and healthcare partners.Role Overview:The VP Sales & Division Head will lead the Cardio-Diabeto division’s commercial strategy, driving sales and business growth for our newly launched product range across key northern states (UP, Bihar, Rajasthan, and NCR). The ideal candidate will bring deep market understanding, proven leadership, and a strategic mindset to establish Kollectcare as a trusted brand in the region.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Growth & Sales Leadership- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Drive market penetration for Kollectcare’s Cardio-Diabeto portfolio across assigned states. - Build and expand strong relationships with stockists, prescribing doctors, and channel partners.Team Management & Development- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, including Regional Sales Managers, Area Managers, and Medical Representatives. - Monitor team performance through KPIs and ensure consistent delivery of results. - Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous learning.Market Development- Identify growth opportunities, market gaps, and competitive trends to design targeted go-to-market plans. - Oversee doctor engagement programs, CMEs, and patient-centric awareness initiatives. - Support the rollout of Kollectcare’s integrated solutions (e.g., Tattvan app teleconsultations).Operational Excellence- Implement robust systems for sales forecasting, inventory management, and incentive planning. - Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability. - Align with Marketing, Finance, and Commercial Excellence teams to drive execution of growth strategies.Data-Driven Decision Making- Leverage market insights, data analytics, and performance metrics to optimize regional strategies. - Provide regular business updates and growth forecasts to senior leadership.Required Qualifications & Skills:Experience:- 12+ years of proven pharmaceutical sales leadership experience, specifically in Cardio-Diabeto therapeutic areas. - Strong network and track record in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, and Northern states.Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
