The role involves handling travel queries, ensuring policy compliance, liaising with stakeholders, and managing vendor partnerships. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and experience with travel booking systems (Concur preferred) are essential.Key Responsibilities:Respond to queries via email, ticketing system, and MS TeamsAssist with pre- and post-trip inquiries & hotel bookings especially International travel support.Responsible for small group ticket bookings and good understanding in US Geography.Act as a liaison between stakeholders, travel partners, and agenciesEnsure travel policy compliance & educate travelers on the booking toolSupport vendor partnerships & rate negotiationsMonitor KPIs like response time, customer satisfaction & policy adherenceSkills & Qualifications:Excellent communication & problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail & accuracyKnowledge of travel booking systems (Concur Travel preferred)Ability to handle PR-to-PO processes in ERPAdaptability to fast-paced environmentsSupporting U.S. Stakeholders, the role requires working in shifts that align with U.S. time zones, 3:00PM-12:00AM IST.
