Job Title: Talent Acquisition ManagerLocation: Delhi (Chhatarpur)Job Timings: 10 AM to 7 PMWorking Days: Monday to SaturdayExperience Required: 5+ yearsRole Overview:As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, developing talent strategies, and ensuring high-volume and quality hiring. You will work closely with hiring managers, stakeholders, and leadership teams to drive recruitment excellence.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs.Oversee end-to-end recruitment cycles, ensuring timely and quality hiring.Utilize job portals, databases, LinkedIn, and social media hiring to source top talent.Conduct market research to understand hiring trends and industry benchmarks.Team Leadership & Performance ManagementLead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.Monitor and optimize team performance, ensuring productivity and efficiency.Provide training, guidance, and career development support for recruiters.Stakeholder & Candidate ManagementCollaborate with hiring managers and department heads to define job requirements.Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.Manage candidate expectations, provide timely updates, and ensure high engagement levels.Process Optimization & ATS ManagementDrive continuous improvement in recruitment processes for efficiency and scalability.Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and analytics tools to track hiring metrics.Implement best practices in talent acquisition to streamline operations.Bulk & Niche HiringExecute bulk hiring strategies for high-volume recruitments.Lead specialized hiring initiatives, such as leadership hiring and niche talent acquisition.Employer Branding & Talent PipeliningDevelop and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.Partner with marketing teams to enhance employer branding efforts.Requirements & Skills:Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the E-commerce industry.Proven experience in team management, bulk hiring, and strategic recruitment.Strong understanding of social media hiring and LinkedIn recruitment.Expertise in negotiation, stakeholder management, and hiring analytics.Experience using ATS tools and other recruitment technologies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
