Summary Pinnacle Group is seeking a strategic Associate Client Partner to drive enterprise account development and lead generation for our workforce solutions offerings. This role focuses on mapping out enterprise accounts, building organizational charts, and deeply understanding client operations to identify opportunities for Statements of Work (SOWs). Job Description Research and map out enterprise accounts across the US market, creating detailed organizational charts to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders. Analyze client business structures, workflows, and operational needs to uncover opportunities for workforce solutions and SOWs. Conduct targeted lead generation efforts, using insights from account mapping to prioritize high-potential prospects within enterprise organizations. Engage clients remotely via email, cold messaging, and other outreach methods to build relationships and present Pinnacle’s value proposition. Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized proposals and solutions that align with the client’s operational goals and workforce challenges- Cultivate and nurture long-term enterprise partnerships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and driving revenue growth through SOWs. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and enterprise workforce challenges to position Pinnacle as a strategic partner. Leverage effective sales techniques to communicate how Pinnacle’s solutions address specific client pain points and operational needs. Exceed sales targets and performance metrics by consistently securing new business and expanding existing accounts. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within workforce solutions, consulting, or a related industry. Strong ability to research, map, and analyze enterprise accounts, with experience creating org charts and understanding complex organizational structures. Demonstrated success in remote lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship-building within the US market. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for translating client needs into actionable solutions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and tools for account mapping (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar).
