The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in modern trade sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving business growth, Sales & Distribution Handling. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Punjab territory in the Modern Trade segment. Develop and implement strategies to maximize product distribution, visibility, and availability in key modern trade outlets. Execute promotional activities and trade programs to boost brand awareness and sales within modern trade stores. Ensure strong in-store presence by managing stock levels, product placement, and visual merchandising. Sales & Distribution Handling. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, including large retail chains, hypermarkets, and supermarkets within the region. Address customer queries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with store managers and merchandising teams to drive product sales and promotions. Market Analysis: Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for market expansion and sales improvement. Provide regular feedback on market conditions, customer behavior, and competitive activity. Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence. Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on performance, achievements, and challenges faced in the market. Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Distribution teams to ensure alignment of sales and promotional activities. Support the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies for the region. Qualifications and Requirements: Education:Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Sales & Distribution Handling. Experience:2-3 years of experience in modern trade sales or FMCG sales in a similar role.
