Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling & Lead Generation: - Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services and generate interest. - Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and questioning. - Research and gather information on target markets and potential customers.Client Interaction & Follow-ups: - Engage with prospective clients over the phone to understand their needs. - Build rapport and schedule follow-up calls or demos for the sales team. - Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes.Pre-Sales Support: - Assist the sales team in nurturing and converting leads. - Share relevant product/service information with prospects. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for better lead conversion.Reporting & Documentation: - Document all interactions and lead details in the CRM system. - Provide regular reports on lead status, call performance, and conversion rates.Qualifications & Skills: Freshers or students pursuing/completed graduation (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and proactive with a willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Internship Duration: 3 months Stipend: 7000/- per month Location: Kota Opportunity for Growth: Exceptional interns may be considered for full-time roles based on performance.
