Brand Strategy Execution:o Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies that alignwith company objectives and market trends.o Support senior management in executing the brand’s vision and positioningacross various platforms.o Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels, including digital,print, and in-store materials.2. Campaign Management:o Manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital ads,influencer collaborations, and promotional events.o Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies, and provide insights foroptimization.o Coordinate with internal teams (creative, sales, digital) to ensure timely andeffective execution of marketing materials and campaigns.3. Product Positioning and Messaging:o Help define and refine the brand’s positioning in the market, ensuring alignmentwith target customer needs.o Develop marketing collateral (brochures, social media content, etc.) andmessaging that resonates with customers.o Collaborate with design teams to ensure that product packaging andpresentation align with brand guidelines.4. Market Research & Analysis:o Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences,and competitor activities.o Analyze customer data, sales performance, and brand perception to driveinformed decisions and refine brand strategies.o Track and report on brand metrics, including awareness, engagement, and salesperformance.5. Customer Engagement & Loyalty:o Assist in creating and executing customer engagement strategies to build brandloyalty and retention.o Work on developing targeted content and promotions aimed at increasingcustomer lifetime value.o Respond to customer feedback and help manage online reviews, ensuring thebrand maintains a positive image.6. Collaboration & Cross-functional Coordination:o Collaborate with the sales, digital marketing, and product development teamsto ensure a unified approach to brand goals.o Coordinate with external agencies or partners to support campaign efforts(advertising, influencers, PR).o Help support brand-related events, pop-up shops, and promotional activities.7. Reporting & Performance Tracking:o Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide regular updates tosenior management.o Utilize analytics tools to evaluate campaign success and report insights forfuture initiatives.o Ensure that marketing budgets are adhered to and provide cost-effectivesolutions.Skills:• Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the luxury orjewelry industry.• Strong understanding of the jewelry market, including trends, consumer preferences,and competitive landscape.• Experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns (social media,SEO, paid media).• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.• Creative thinking with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking tools and metrics.• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a focus onquality and brand integrity.Preferred:• Familiarity with luxury brand positioning and high-net-worth consumer behavior.• Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations within the luxury goods space.• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and trends in online jewelry sales
