The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both domestic and international recruitment, including regions such as Europe, UK, and US. This role is based in Bangalore and offers a hybrid working model.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles.Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.Requirements:1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment.Experience in recruiting for both domestic and international markets (Europe, UK, US).Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
