Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in the QSR industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to our restaurant teams, driving employee engagement, and implementing HR initiatives that align with our business objectives.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment and Hiring: Manage the recruitment and hiring process for restaurant staff, including interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new hires.2. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to restaurant managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.3. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including new hire orientation, leadership development, and compliance training.4. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and other benefits programs.5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, workers' compensation, and unemployment insurance.6. Employee Communications: Develop and implement employee communications programs to promote employee engagement, recognition, and retention.7. Performance Management: Partner with restaurant managers to develop and implement performance management programs, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and corrective action.8. HR Analytics: Analyze HR data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive HR initiatives.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field: Minimum 7-9 years of HR experience in the QSR industry or a related field.2. PHR/SPHR certification: Preferred certification in HR, such as PHR or SPHR.3. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations: Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, workers' compensation, and unemployment insurance.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.5. Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze HR data and metrics and develop solutions to HR-related problems.The compensation for this role is offered is 8 to10LPA.
