Position : Sale MangerLocation : Ahmedabad/Pune Job Description : Key Responsibilities : StrategicPrepare and secure approval of a Business Plan to achieve the Sales and Growth TargetsProvide monthly / quarterly / annual sales forecastingImplement CRM reporting norms and ensure complianceConduct Competitive analysis and provide regular updates OperationalAchieve revenue targets and convert offers into orders through regular follow-ups.Collaborate with distributors/dealers to expand coverage and optimize efforts.Ensure timely collection to meet receivable goals.Provide technical support to team, distributors, and subordinates.Review distributor performance, address gaps, and implement action plans.Expand distributor network to increase customer reach.Work with SBU heads to implement action plans.Update client list and expand customer base regularly.Ensure top service levels at key accounts and drive year-on-year revenue growth.Assist in pre-bid meetings and sales coordinator support for tender documents.Respond quickly to sales leads from various channels.Stay updated on product knowledge, conduct site surveys and demos.Coordinate with the manager on administration, sales, or delivery issues.Prepare and seek approval for a travel plan to cover assigned territory.Coordinate regional exhibitions, seminars, and roadshows.Conduct customer training seminars with product specialists.Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.Qualification & Experience:Education: Preferred - BE/BSc with a professional qualification (MBA/PGDBM).Experience: Minimum 1 to 4 years in the Manufacturing/Industrial Manufacturing industry.
