The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Job Requirement Analysis:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.Create and update compelling job descriptions.Sourcing and Outreach:Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, social media, etc.).Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Screening and Interviewing:Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Provide feedback and ensure timely communication with candidates.Selection and Offer Management:Support hiring managers in evaluating candidates and making final decisions.Prepare offer letters and conduct salary negotiations as needed.Ensure all pre-employment checks and documentation are completed.Candidate Experience:Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate journey from application to onboarding.Provide a high-touch experience that reflects our employer brand.Reporting and Compliance:Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, etc.) and share insights with leadership.Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and local labor laws.
