The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, conducting property tours, handling negotiations, and providing expert advice on real estate transactions. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and trends, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering high-quality service that meets customer needs and expectations. Training will be provided to ensure consultants are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.QualificationsStrong skills in Real Estate, Real Property, and SalesExperience in Negotiation and client engagementTraining capabilities to effectively educate clients and colleaguesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work on-site in Gurugram and be flexible with working hoursProven track record in real estate or a related field is preferredBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Hotel Management or related field is beneficialOwn conveyance is ideal
