About the Role: This is a flexible, part-time freelance role (approx. 15–20 hours/week, sometimes less) for someone who truly understands how marketing works—not just how to post content, but how to communicate value, tell stories, and drive results.What You’ll Be Doing:Social Media Consultation Support: Help research and find relevant reference content and inspiration tailored to client industries.Creative Ideation: Collaborate on brainstorming creative direction for ad campaigns (visuals and copy).Website Projects: Work with our designer to structure new websites with a marketing-first approach.SEO Support: Occasionally assist in writing concise, compelling on-page content for SEO-focused websites.Collaboration & Project Flow: Work closely with other freelancers on the team to ensure project alignment and delivery efficiency.Workflow Optimization: If you’re someone who naturally finds better, faster ways to work—whether it’s organizing files, streamlining processes, or suggesting new tools—that’s a big plus.What I’m Looking For:Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategy, not just execution.Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.A creative thinker who brings fresh ideas and strategic insight.Comfortable working independently and collaborating remotely with a small team.Organized, proactive, and responsive.Nice to Have (but not mandatory):Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or SlackExperience in performance marketing or content strategyBasic understanding of website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow)An eye for improving workflows and boosting team efficiencyPosition Type:Freelance / Part-Time~15–20 hours per week (flexible depending on project load)About Me: I’m a digital marketing freelancer working with a range of clients across industries on social media strategy, paid advertising, website projects, and SEO.
