This role ensures smooth operation, technical troubleshooting, and high-quality service for clients in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in packaging machinery maintenance, technical problem-solving, and customer relationship management.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose, resolve, and prevent technical issues in pharmaceutical packaging machines.Installation & Commissioning: Oversee machine setup and ensure proper functionality for new equipment.Maintenance & Repair Management: Develop preventative maintenance plans, supervise repair processes, and ensure minimal downtime.Customer Support & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding service-related inquiries, ensuring satisfaction.Team Leadership & Training: Manage a team of technicians, provide technical training, and maintain high service standards.Spare Parts & Inventory Management: Oversee spare parts availability and stock management to ensure quick resolution of equipment issues.Compliance & Safety: Ensure machines comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and safety protocols.Collaboration with Sales & Engineering Teams: Work closely with sales and engineering departments to provide feedback on equipment performance and client needs.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical fields (relevant certifications are a plus).Experience: Minimum 5+ years in servicing pharmaceutical packaging machines or industrial automation equipment.Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of packaging machinery mechanics, automation systems, and troubleshooting techniques.Communication Skills: Ability to interact with clients effectively, explain technical issues, and provide solutions.Travel: Willingness to travel for on-site support, training, and customer visits.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Performance-based incentives.Professional development and training opportunities.
