The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making, ensuring seamless flow of information across departments, and enhancing business intelligence.Job Title: MIS Manager (Business Intelligence Team)Role Type: Individual Contributor with Team ManagementIndustry Type: Retail HealthBase Location: Malad (Mindspace), MumbaiPosition Type: Full-time, in-office, 5 days a weekReports to: Head of Finance (Dotted line to Chief of Staff)Budget: 15 - 18 LPAKey Responsibilities:Reporting & Analysis:Ensure accurate preparation and timely delivery of daily, weekly, and periodical MIS reports.Analyse data from various business channels to provide strategic insights and recommendations.Data Automation & Process Improvement:Develop and automate reports to enhance efficiency and minimise manual efforts.Identify process improvement opportunities and implement data automation solutions.Business Intelligence & Decision Support:Drive data-driven decision-making by designing and maintaining dashboards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and process data effectively.Cross-Department Collaboration:Ensure smooth flow of information across departments to support key business decisions.Work closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to provide actionable insights.Leadership & Team Management:Train and lead an MIS team of 5 members, ensuring high productivity and professional growth.Foster a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Investor & Fundraising Support:Manage the Data Room and interact with investors during fundraising processes.Ensure compliance with internal reporting standards and data governance policies.Qualifications & Skills:Academic Background: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in statistics/finance, business/data analytics, or a related field.Professional Experience: 5+ years in MIS, data analysis, and reporting, preferably in a fast-paced business environment.Technical Skills:Expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) and Google Sheets.Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction, manipulation/transformation, and reporting.Experience in dashboarding tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio for visualising business insights.Proficiency in data automation tools and techniques.Experience in creating and managing dashboards for business insights.Analytical Skills:Ability to interpret large datasets and generate meaningful insights.Leadership Skills:Experience managing and mentoring a team effectively.Communication Skills:Strong ability to interact with stakeholders across departments.Attention to Detail:Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and precision.Why Gynoveda?At Gynoveda, you’ll join a purpose-driven organisation that’s transforming reproductive health through Ayurveda.
