Engineering Manager (CV/Firmware)– ADASAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager – Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) to lead and drive the development of next-generation vehicle automation and safety features. This role will oversee teams working on perception, planning, sensor fusion, embedded systems, and real-time software development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project execution, and ensure the successful delivery of ADAS solutions that enhance vehicle intelligence and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership: Oversee the development of ADAS algorithms, perception systems, sensor fusion or embedded software/firmware.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering innovation and collaboration.Project Execution: Define roadmaps, set milestones, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality ADAS features. Oversee end-to-end development, from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality software/firmware solutions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with hardware, software, AI, and validation teams to develop integrated ADAS solutions.Innovation & Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in ADAS and autonomous driving.System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of ADAS software and hardware, meeting real-time performance and safety requirements.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, AI or a related field.Experience: 8+ years in ADAS, or embedded automotive software development, end to end development experience starting from order till production till deliveryTechnical Expertise:Perception & Sensor Fusion (Radar, LiDAR, Cameras, Ultrasonics)Embedded Software Development (C++, Embedded C, RTOS, Linux)Machine Learning & AI for ADAS (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch)Vehicle Communication Protocols (CAN, Automotive Ethernet, V2X)
