Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Human Resources (HR) Intern / Trainee. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.Location: Bhiwandi, Kalyan (Mumbai) - Onsite OnlyExperience: 0 to 1 YearsSalary Package: 1.5 to 2 LPA(Freshers and those with less than 1 year experience, can apply for 4 months trainee position)ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Onboarding:Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Coordinate interview logistics, including arranging interview panels and preparing interview materials.Support new employee onboarding by preparing welcome kits, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth integration into the company.Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, providing information, and facilitating effective communication.Assist in organizing team-building activities, events, and initiatives to promote a positive work environment.Documentation and Records:Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.Assist in updating and managing HR databases and files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.Administrative Support:Provide administrative assistance to the HR team in organizing meetings, drafting communications, and preparing reports.Assist in coordinating employee training and development programs.HR Policies and Compliance:Assist in communicating and enforcing company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with the HR team to address any disciplinary matters in line with company guidelines.QualificationsKnowledge of HR policies and proceduresExperience in managing employee relations and disputesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationProficient in MS Office and HR softwareBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldMaster's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plusProfessional HR certifications are also a plusExperience in the textile, apparel, and baby products industries is a plusSkills:Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
