By focusing on education, employment, and entrepreneurship, we drive both social and business impact holistically.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Placement Officer located in Hyderabad. The Placement Officer will be responsible for coordinating campus placements, providing career counseling, organizing training sessions, and liaising with educational institutions and companies. Day-to-day tasks will involve communication with various stakeholders, organizing placement drives, and ensuring successful student placements.Key Responsibilities:1.⁠ ⁠Corporate Partnerships & Employer EngagementEstablish and maintain relationships with corporates, HR professionals, and recruiters.Secure Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and partnerships with hiring companies.Organize HR roundtables, job fairs, and recruitment drives to increase placement opportunities.2.⁠ ⁠Student Placement & Career SupportGuide students through resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.Identify job opportunities that align with student skill sets and industry trends.Track and report placement progress, job offers, and hiring statistics.3.⁠ ⁠Placement Drive & Job Fair ManagementPlan and execute on-campus and virtual placement drives.Coordinate job fairs, industry interaction sessions, and employer networking events.Ensure minimum 40-50 student job offers per month as per performance targets.Key Requirements:✔️ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, HR, Education, or related fields.✔️ 2-5 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or career services.✔️ Strong network with employers, recruiters, and industry professionals.✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.✔️ Ability to plan and execute placement drives and career events.✔️ Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
