We're a team of collaborators, strategists, and creators, passionate about delivering value through innovative Atlassian solutions.We're looking for an experienced and versatile Regional Marketing Lead to drive our go-to-market strategy across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, with a strong initial focus on India. This is a new and exciting role where you’ll work cross-functionally with our global marketing team, APAC leadership, and regional partners to amplify Trundl’s presence and impact.What You’ll DoAs the Regional Marketing Lead for APAC, you will be instrumental in scaling Trundl’s presence and pipeline in the region. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing localized marketing programs aligned with our global strategies while adapting to regional dynamics and opportunities. Your work will include, but is not limited to:Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for the APAC region.Develop and execute regional marketing plans to support business objectives, including demand generation, brand awareness, and partner collaboration.Lead end-to-end execution of campaigns across email, social media, paid channels, events, webinars, and content marketing.Support the Site Director – APAC in building Trundl’s local brand through high-impact initiatives, public relations, and strategic communications.Collaborate with global marketing and sales teams to align on campaign messaging, KPIs, and lead funnel targets.Partner with regional Atlassian solution providers, technology alliances, and resellers to drive joint go-to-market strategies.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends; use insights to drive strategy.Manage and optimize event participation—hosted events, conferences, sponsorships—including ROI tracking and logistics.Produce and edit high-quality marketing content tailored to APAC audiences, ensuring brand consistency and local relevance.Track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.Ensure local marketing activities align with the global brand, content, and digital strategy standards.Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing between the APAC team and North America marketing counterparts.What You Bring – Skills & ExperienceEssential Qualifications: 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in the B2B tech/SaaS sector with a focus on India or APAC markets.Proven success in executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels with measurable outcomes.Demonstrated experience marketing to the tech community in India, including working with system integrators, resellers, and solution providers.Remote work experience (1–2 years minimum) with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.Hands-on experience in event management, including hosted webinars, third-party sponsorships, and virtual or in-person conferences.Demonstrated ability to build relationships with external partners, media, and vendors to amplify marketing reach.Technical & Strategic Skills: Proficient in HubSpot Marketing Hub or similar marketing automation platforms.Comfortable using data and analytics to optimize marketing performance and drive decisions.Experience developing and managing social media content strategies with proven audience engagement results.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to localize content for cultural relevance.Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Knowledge of Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello) is a plus.Ability to adapt global messaging to regional market needs while maintaining brand consistency.Attributes & Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit – self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.Customer-first mindset, with resilience and creativity to solve challenges and seize new opportunities.Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player across global and regional teams.Strong cultural awareness and ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders in a multi-country region.Willingness to travel within APAC (as needed) for events, meetings, and partnerships.Why Join Trundl?Be part of a high-growth Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner making an impact across industries.Work with a global team of passionate professionals who care about collaboration, innovation, and results.Enjoy a flexible, remote-first work culture built on trust and empowerment.Opportunities to grow, experiment, and shape your career in a newly created role.
