Our mission is to create digital products that positively impacthundreds of thousands of people everyday. We are seeking a highly skilledLead DevOps Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team. As part of this dynamic team, you will be working alongside product managers, designers, and engineers to drive technological solutions that lead to lasting change.Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions with a primaryfocus on AWS and exposure on other cloud platforms.Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, ArgoCD,GitLab, GitHub and similar.Apply best practices in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with tools like Terraform, CloudFormation/CDK.Expertise workingon container-based environments. Docker, Kubernetes.Ensure infrastructure is highly available, reliable, and performant by automating manualtasks and processes.Ensure securityand compliance throughthe integration of security toolslike static/dynamic analysis, vulnerability scanning, and intrusion detection systems.Implement Monitoring and Alarming usingtools such as Prometheus, Grafana,New Relic and the AWS stack.Collaborate closely with engineering teams to to deliver solutions at speed, optimize cloud infrastructure and drive,support innovation as a culture,enhance automations acrossthe platform.Work withinAgile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies using tools like JIRA and Confluence.Technical Skills Required:4–6 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with expertise in microservices architecture, automation, configuration management tools, and designing scalableplatforms for all applications.Expertise in AWS (primary) and exposure to other cloud platforms understanding design, implementations.Proficiency inscripting skills in Python, Bash or similar for automation and tool integration.Expertise incontainerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.Experience working on bigdata environment andrelevant setup in cloud are added advantage.Hands-on experience in building CI/CD pipelines Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitLab, GitHub, or similar.Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC),especially Terraform or CloudFormation.Ability to design and implement proactivemonitoring, automated alertingtools like Prometheus, ELK, others with strong experience providing Root Cause Analysis.AWS CertifiedSolutions Architect Associateand Terraform Associate certifications added advantage.Familiarity with security servicesin AWS like Web Application Firewall, Guard Duty,API, firewalls, vulnerabilities, and ImpervaEducation & Experience:Bachelor’s/master’s degreein computer scienceor related field.4+ years of experience working on cloudplatforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, serverless, containers, and CI/CD.4+ yearsof experience with IaC toolslike Terraform, Ansible,or Chef.Proficient in Git and version controlbest practices.Strong organizational skills with the ability to act with minimal direction.A team player with a start-up/entrepreneurial mindset.Passion for continuouslearning, problem-solving, and adopting new technologies.Effective communication skills.
