We’re looking for a Copywriter who is a storyteller at heart and also has the ability to understand brand strategy and client context. The role is a hybrid of 70% creative writing and 30% client servicing/planning, and is ideal for someone who enjoys both ideation and ownership of delivery.Key Responsibilities:Understanding Client Briefs - Be thorough with the client’s brief — ask the right questions, clarify expectations, and set a strong foundation before any work begins.Creative Conceptualization & Content Creation: Develop ideas and write compelling content for digital (primarily social media). Provide scripts, posts, promotional content in line with the brief and deadlines.Client Servicing & Planning (30%): Join client calls, understand real-time requirements, and build client relationships in partnership with the servicing/planning team.Collaboration: Work closely with designers and the art team to bring ideas to life.Account Ownership: Take full ownership of the brands you work on. Understand the client’s industry, competition, and consumer landscape deeply and bring differentiated value to the table.Campaign Thinking: Have a solid grasp of campaign structure, formats, and storytelling mechanics — and know relevant case studies that inspire effective communication.Team Mindset: Be an idea enthusiast, open to feedback, eager to learn, and excited by innovation in tech and communication.
