Learn more at and follow us on Instagram at @sneakinn_laundry.Position: Assistant Production & Quality Manager (Workshop)Location: Sultanpur, New Delhi (Landmark: MG Road, Near Chattarpur)Job Type: Full-TimeTimings: 10 AM to 7 PMResponsibilities:· Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of technicians to ensure high levels of efficiency, performance, and output.· Daily Operations: Oversee daily production activities, allocate workloads, and monitor productivity levels across all workshop processes.· Target Setting & Tracking: Define daily and weekly production targets for the workshop team and ensure consistent performance tracking.· Workflow Optimization: Implement process improvements to increase throughput, reduce delays, and enhance turnaround times.· FIFO Implementation: Enforce First-In-First-Out (FIFO) methodology to ensure timely completion of orders without compromising quality.· Backlog Management: Monitor pending jobs and take corrective measures to avoid production pile-ups or missed timelines.· Machinery & Tools Oversight: Ensure all equipment, machinery, and tools are maintained, calibrated, and functioning optimally. Coordinate timely repairs and servicing.· Quality Check Support: Conduct in-process quality reviews to ensure standards are maintained before final QA inspection.· Express & Priority Order Management: Oversee and expedite handling of express, urgent, or priority orders to meet customer commitments.· Roster Planning: Create weekly shift plans and rosters for workshop staff based on order volumes and delivery timelines.· Production Reporting: Maintain accurate daily and weekly reports on production volumes, output quality, order status, and team performance.· Team Coordination: Work closely with the QA Manager, Operations, and Logistics to ensure smooth handoffs and timely dispatch of processed articles.· Grievance Handling: Address technician concerns, resolve day-to-day issues, and maintain a healthy, collaborative team environment.· Training & Skill Development: Identify training needs and arrange skill upgradation sessions for technicians to enhance efficiency and expertise.· Inventory Awareness: Work with the inventory team to ensure timely availability of paints, chemicals, cleaning agents, and other consumables required for production.· Reporting & Escalation: Flag delays or issues to senior management with timely suggestions and actionable plans.Requirements:· Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of experience in managing production processes for shoes and/or handbags.· Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Leather Technology, Footwear Technology, or a related field is mandatory.· Industry Knowledge: Sound understanding of sneaker and luxury handbag care, cleaning, and restoration techniques.· Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and daily reporting tools.
