Job Description

‍ What will you do?We are looking for a Senior Manager - Growth (Skilling) to lead the growth strategy, marketing, and sales enablement for our Placement Guarantee Courses. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end user acquisition funnel, optimize conversions, and drive revenue growth at scale. Your key responsibilities will include- Lead Generation: Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across paid, organic, and partnerships Scale lead generation for channels with high ROI Leverage automation and data-driven experiments to improve lead-to-enrollment conversion Lead Qualification: Develop strategies across the funnel to optimize lead quality and improve conversions Work closely with the sales team and speak to customers to understand pain points and improve targeting and communication strategies Improve Conversion: Increase trust and credibility of our courses among interested leads via placement marketing across the funnel Ensure ORM is healthy across channels to prevent conversion drops Ensure consistency in comms across channels and sales collaterals to minimize leakages Reporting and Analytics: Set up easy analytics and real-time monitoring for better efficiency and troubleshooting Not getting into analysis paralysis but at the same time knowing the right questions to ask and get to the root cause Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead a team of growth and content marketers Collaborate with content, product, and operations teams to improve messaging and user experience. Who are we looking for?Someone who:- Has 7-10 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in ed-tech or consumer internet businesses. Has a proven track record in scaling paid and organic acquisition channels. Has a strong analytical mindset with expertise in funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and RoAS optimization. Has experience in managing large teams and working cross-functionally. Has hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels. Has the ability to build, execute, and iterate quickly in a high-growth environment. What do we offer in return?Great company.
