Job Title: Technical Manager – Microservices & Solution Architecture Location: Bangalore (Onsite) Contract Duration: 3 Months YOE -10-15 years Joining: Immediate About the Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join immediately and work with one of our key rail sector clients. The role involves managing end-to-end technical responsibilities including solution architecture, microservices integration, and stakeholder coordination to drive successful delivery of business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and integration of microservices to meet business objectives. Define and maintain the Technology Roadmap for client applications. Own and evolve the Solution Architecture across multiple applications. Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to gather and analyze requirements. Ensure alignment of technical architecture with current and future business needs. Conduct periodic capacity planning for applications and infrastructure. Liaise with external vendors to track product roadmaps and define release plans . Coordinate with security teams for firewall approvals, architecture sign-off, and production readiness. Contribute to new business initiatives by preparing responses for RFPs and RFIs . Evaluate third-party tools and platforms, considering cost, features, and support to recommend best-fit solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience in technical leadership roles, especially in microservices-based architecture. Strong understanding of solution architecture and enterprise application planning. Excellent communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Experience in working with infrastructure/security teams and client product teams. Exposure to the rail or transportation domain is a plus.
