If you have a strong background in server management and troubleshooting, this role is for you. Experience: 3-10 Years Location: PAN INDIA Notice Period: Immediate Key Skills & Requirements: ✔ Linux Server Administration – Installation, maintenance & decommissioning (Physical & VM) ✔ Hypervisor Operations – Experience with XEN & VMware ✔ Networking & Security – Knowledge of LVM, DNS, LDAP, and IPTables ✔ Troubleshooting Expertise – Handling server downtime & related issues ✔ Cloud Platforms – Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP ✔ Automation & Scripting – Experience with tools like Chef, Bash, Perl ✔ Version Control & Issue Tracking – Exposure to GitHub & Jira (preferred) ✔ Monitoring & Infrastructure Services (Preferred but not mandatory) – Prometheus, ELK Stack, Nagios, Active Directory, Rsync, Security Groups Roles & Responsibilities: ✅ Provide 3rd level technical support as per customer SLAs ✅ Handle daily compute operations – Events, Incidents, SRs, CRs, RCA, etc. ✅ Manage server installation, monitoring, storage (NetApp-NFS), and decommissioning ✅ Patch & Package Management – Using BladeLogic Automation ✅ Configure & roll out monitoring/alerts for servers ✅ Conduct performance testing, root cause analysis, and documentation ✅ Assist 2nd level support in complex technical issues ✅ Be available for on-call support , including weekends/public holidays if required Interested?
