You’ll be responsible for nurturing leads, managing client relationships, ensuring timely updates, and seeing every sale through to final delivery — helping us grow revenue while delivering a thoughtful and seamless customer experience.Key Responsibilities Manage and respond to inbound and outbound leads across channels Conduct daily follow-ups and maintain a high standard of client engagement Collaborate with internal teams to pitch curated product solutions for client needs Plan and execute effective sales strategies across direct to consumer as well as corporate, giftingverticals Drive revenue growth by building long-term relationships and identifying upsell opportunities Maintain clear and timely communication with customers, keeping them informed of order progress Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery Be a bridge between art and commerce, bringing the story of each craft to life for our clients What We’re Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills A proactive attitude and a genuine interest in art, design, or cultural businesses Previous experience in sales, client servicing, or planning roles (bonus if in lifestyle, decor, or handmade sectors) Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely A love for storytelling, aesthetics, and purpose-driven work Strong Communication skills Sales expertise Passion for art and creativity Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in the art or sales industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Art, or related field An year of sales experience
