We're now expanding into WhatsApp, RCS and omnichannel customer engagement.Role SummaryWe are looking for a driven Outbound Sales & Partnerships person to lead 2Factor’s outbound motion—owning lead generation, pitching, closing, and eventually building a sales team. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B tech environment.Key Responsibilities:Drive full-cycle outbound sales: prospect, engage, demo, and close. Identify high-potential clients in BFSI, fintech, edtech, e-commerce, and gaming. Build and execute outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, AI). Pitch 2Factor’s SMS, WhatsApp, and API-based solutions to CXOs and decision-makers. Track pipeline and performance via CRM; report regularly to leadership. Shape outbound strategy, ICP definition, and GTM refinement. For senior roles: build and lead a high-performing outbound sales team.Requirements:3–8 years in B2B tech sales, ideally in SaaS, CPaaS, or telecom-tech. Proven ability to generate and close high-value deals. Strong communication and consultative selling skills. Familiarity with WhatsApp Business APIs, SMS infra, or communication platforms is a plus. CRM experience (HubSpot/Salesforce).
