To support the growth strategy and its expansion, our client is seeking an experiencedTechnical Superintendent's .Technical Superintendent's (Based in Delhi)ORGANIZATION: You will be in-charge of managing the technical and operational performance of 3-4 vessels. Your key role is to ensure safe and efficient operations of the company’s vessels, their routine and preventive maintenance, and that all international marine requirements are complied with.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical management and operations of assigned vessels efficiently Health, Safety and Environment Compliance Budget management Human capital development and People management Relationship managementREQUIREMENTS: You must be a qualified Marine Engineer; a degree in business or any related discipline will be an added advantage At leastoneyear as a Chief Engineer on Merchant Vessels At leastoneyear of experience as a technical superintendent is nice to have but we are open to Chief Engineers willing to move to shore based role Experience in completing dry docking and PSC inspections People oriented and passionate about developing shipboard teams Highly analytical with a proactive approach to problem solving Good interpersonal and organizational skills Well updated with the latest regulatory requirements and its implementationBENEFITS: A well-defined role with wide career opportunities to grow further within the organization.
