Head – Railway Project Execution (Project Director) | 20-30 Years | Prayagraj, Northern IndiaAre you an experienced leader in railway project execution?Join a leading infrastructure firm and spearhead critical railway infrastructure projects across multiple hubs, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and financial performance.About the Role: As theHead – Railway Project Execution , you will manage large-scale railway projects, overseeing planning, execution, site operations, and commissioning of220kV & 132kV traction substations along with SP/SSPs . Your expertise will drive efficiency, productivity, and stakeholder collaboration while maintaining the highest standards ofsafety and quality .What You’ll Do: ✅Project Execution & Management– Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely execution and commissioning of railway traction substations. ✅Financial & Operational Excellence– Manage project billing (supply & erection), optimize working capital, and drive cost efficiencies. ✅Safety & Quality Compliance– Foster a zero-incident safety culture and implement field quality improvements. ✅Process Improvement & Productivity– Lead PMO projects, implementKaizen initiatives , and benchmark best practices to enhance project cost efficiency. ✅Team Leadership & Development– Build and mentor a team ofProject Managers and Engineers , driving high performance. ✅Stakeholder Management– Collaborate with key suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to enhance execution capabilities.What We’re Looking For: Education:Diploma/Degree inElectrical Engineering .
