The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, generate leads, and drive sales opportunities within the banking and financial services sector.Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential banking clients for software testing services. Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach. Understand client pain points and present tailored testing solutions to enhance their digital transformation journey. Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to develop proposals and presentations. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in banking institutions. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to revenue growth in the BFSI segment. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.Required Skills & Qualifications: Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Present, demonstrate, and promote solution and services to financial institutions. Participate in RFP's, RFI's, Tenders for Banking institutions.
