Glimpse of the problems we are trying to solve Personalization: To improve our customer engagement, pitching the most relevant products to the consumers at the right pricing within the guard rails Demand & Supply Optimization: Accurately forecasting the demand and optimizing it for revenue loss and inventory days Anomaly detection engine: Identifying the different kind of frauds a. bulk ordering, b. coupon code frauds Market Mix Modeling: Recommendation engine for optimizing return on marketing investments Shipment Allocation Engine: Allocation of order to the warehouse based on multiple factors like TAT, NPS, costs etc. Allocation of the order to the 3PL based on the SLAs, cost, TAT etc.Role & Responsibilities Develop deep understanding of the data points collected and steer decisions in the right direction Build, test and deploy optimization and forecasting/prediction models to solve for business and product needs independently Communicating results of the models and analyze in a way that can be understood by the business Identify the optimization areas from the data and create steps to remove the inefficienciesWhat are we looking for? Strong foundation in Mathematics and Stats. With deep understanding supervised and unsupervised ML algorithms. Strong understanding of Python & SQL Should be able work independently and is the go-getter Excellent verbal and written communication skill. 3+ years of experience in the field of Data science & Analytics
