Job Description: Area sales manager (Horeca requirement)Position: Area sales manager (Horeca requirement)Age: 28 to 42 yrsCandidates from Delhi/Ncr only need applyQualification: Any Graduate with Master’s Degree in Sales/Marketing (Preferred)Experience: 8-12 years in a large Indian or multinational organization, within the FMCG industry with a focus on Horeca Job Responsibilities: Target Achievement:Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the designated area. Sales Planning & Forecasting:Monthly sales planning, forecasting, and ensuring the alignment with product shelf life. Channel Management:Manage the rural and general trade channels to drive growth.Business Forecasting & Benchmarking:Forecast monthly business outcomes and benchmark against the previous year’s performance. Data Alignment:Align sales data with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and track performance against targets. Competition Tracking:Monitor competitors and formulate proactive plans to counter new market entrants. Manpower Allocation:Allocate resources effectively across regions based on individual capabilities. Team Management & Mentorship:Mentor, motivate, and guide team members to achieve sales targets and business generation objectives. Training & Development:Provide training to subordinates on product knowledge, selling skills, lead prospecting, and closing skills. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:Utilize strong analytical skills to solve problems and improve organizational effectiveness. Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members. Team Handling Skills:Efficiently handle and manage teams to ensure smooth operations and target achievement.
