Catch the ride!Job DescriptionAs part of the legal team, you, as a generalist, will use your legal expertise to advise on various e-commerce issues, with a focus on contracts, consumer protection and marketing , as well as Intellectual Property Law. As a Legal Counsel, you will ensure balanced risk management and provide advice/counsel across multiple areas of business law related to an organization’s legal rights and obligations.Responsibilities:Under broad guidance, providing cross-departmental advice and research on a variety of legal issues, in particular in the areas of Consumer Protection Law, Intellectual property rights, Unfair Competition Law, Contracts as well as Transportation, Customs, Corporate, Commercial and IT law, and all other relevant areas of law in a company.
