Learn about us at Country Manager for France, you will join the Country Management Team and be responsible for the development of a specific market – France: from marketing channel strategies, growth opportunities, local initiatives and campaigns to product assortment, ultimately to develop, implement and support growth plans to drive YesStyle's sales growth in France and to establish the YesStyle brand as the market leader for Korean & Asian cosmetics in the market.Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy and Business Development: Develop, plan and implement strategic marketing and sales initiatives (online and offline) to achieve sales targets in France. Develop partnerships and collaborations to position YesStyle.com as the leader for Asian cosmetics in the country.Project Management: Collaborate with and lead the country-focussed projects including working with various stakeholders in the company, both within and outside of the Marketing Department: Performance, Retention and Loyalty, Social Media, Influencer, SEO as well as Data, Content and other Teams.Website Management: Ensure that our French language online shop presence and content are always optimally localized and updated for the French market.Digital Marketing: Work with our internal specialist teams as well as external agencies to drive sales and reach through various marketing channels.
