This role will require a strategic and creative thinker with strong communication skills and proven experience in the field.Job Resopnsibilty:1. Develop and implement marketing and public relations strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives.2. Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including retail, digital, and influencers.3. Manage the company's public image and represent the company at industry events and in communications with the media.4. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, newsletters, and digital content.5. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.6. Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.7. Track and report the effectiveness of marketing and PR campaigns using KPIs and analytics tools.8. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.9. Prepare and manage crisis handling strategies.Qualifications:1. 3-5 years of experience in marketing and public relations, preferably within the European market.2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.3. Proven expertise in media relations and event management.4. Ability to think creatively and strategically.5. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.7. Familiarity with influencer marketing and engagement strategies.8. Fluent in local language and English
