The Chief of Staff and Strategic Programs Team is responsible for driving the strategic evolution and transformation of the Premium Engagement and Advisory Organization.Position title: PE&A Executive Office SupportWork Area: AdministrationLocation: WalldorfExpected start date: March 01, 2025In this role, youll:As an Office Operations Assistant, youll be instrumental in keeping our team running smoothly.Support internal office operations: Assist with scheduling, tracking internal projects, and organizing staff meetings.Help with record-keeping and file organization for the entire organization.Support in organizing team events and meetings, from planning to execution.Who you are:You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious.
