Kleinanzeigen was launched in September 2009 as eBay Kleinanzeigen and became part of Adevinta in June 2021, with a name change in May 2023.The Role:Define & implement a holistic category specialization strategy for our Jobs category, translating it into actionable plans across product development, pricing, and go-to-market initiatives to increase value creation in terms of supply and demand metrics as well as revenue.Foster effective cross-functional and cross-business unit collaboration to ensure seamless execution of the Jobs strategy across the organization and increase revenue by >3x over the next 5 years.Identify, set-up and manage Jobs-specific partnerships that unlock maximum potential for the Jobs category in terms of supply, demand, value-added services and monetization.Monitor, manage and improve performance of Go-To-Market initiatives in our Jobs category on- and off the Kleinanzeigen platform to achieve optimal customer lifetime value vs. customer acquisition costs.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in and outside of Kleinanzeigen, including customers, strategic partners, and our teams.Your Skill Profile:7+ years experience in x-functional matrix set-ups - ideally with Go-To-Market focus.In-depth knowledge of the online Jobs classifieds, agency and large direct customer landscape, including market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.Track record in identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth - ideally in Jobs context.Expertise in formulating and implementing effective Go-To-Market strategies that align with company goals and market demands.Expertise in handling complex, commercial negotiations.Strong communication & leadership skills across hierarchies ranging from top management to individual contributors.Business proficiency in English; German is good to have.BenefitsLife at Adevinta comes with its perks!
