This role will collaborate with the VP of Delivery to identify resource requirements and best implementation practices.Applicants must be located near Lakenheath or Ramstein.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesIdentifies resource requirements necessary to meet contract requirementsDirects the work of lower-level Account Managers assigned to support their portfolioTrains newly hired Account ManagersDuties/ResponsibilitiesWorks with VP of Delivery and Human Resource (HR) Manager on contract and personnel concernsAdvises VP of Delivery on portfolio resource requirements and strategies for improvementMaintains a cadence of communicating with customers and partners to ensure client satisfaction and to promote ongoing contract renewalDirects and manages allocated resourcesResponsible for portfolio growth of manpower and market space, which may include recruiting, hiring, and onboarding contract staffReports customer future needs to the Director of DeliveryDevelops relationships with industry partners for new opportunitiesManages day-to-day needs of employees and customers, including monitoring time and activity of contract personnelCreates action plans to correct any identified issues to create a sustainable operationResponds to service requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly and graciously, with a client-centered mentality and appropriate discretionCommunicates issues or client process changes to VP of DeliveryMaintains regular employee management and follow-up with documented conversations for engagement and purposeful reportingResponsible for maintaining information on their assigned Region, spanning multiple customer types (e.g., Army, USDA, AF, etc.)Travels to customer sites as necessary for effective Customer Relationship ManagementPerforms additional duties as assignedRequired Skills/AbilitiesBachelor''s degree; alternatively Associates degree plus 3 additional years of experience8+ years of experience in a similar position (healthcare industry preferred)Experience with payroll, billing, staffing, or similarExceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as exemplary interpersonal relationsExcellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with labor and employment laws (preferred)Physical Requirements and Work EnvironmentProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at timesWork Location: Hybrid and/or remoteSchedule: Flexible to meet customer and employee needsDecypher reserves the right to update, modify, and change the job description to meet the demands and needs of the organization and their customers.
