We deliver innovative products such as our Digital Payment Gateway (creating an API based solution allowing Marketplaces and Merchant to streamline their payment processing and settlement activities). As part of our new team within the Berlin Tech Hub you will be responsible for technical design, coding, automated unit testing and integration and will liaise with the Product Owner, Architects, Product Managers, software engineers/developers and testers regarding the development and implementation of product lines using various technologies.As a UI Developer (f/m/x), you will be developing end-to-end applications for merchant solutions to accomplish business goals.Your key responsibilitiesHelping to drive the UI development of our in-house Merchant Solutions platform by contributing to building a shared platform architecture and code base across Merchant Solutions applications allowing quicker time to market of new solutions.Development of both greenfield and existing applications within a cloud based high availability architecture.Assisting in the adoption of modern engineering practices, design principles and Agile methodologies across the Merchant Solutions team.Engaging with the business sponsors and business stakeholders to define and implement requirements to agreed timelines.Partnering with QA and test managers to ensure quality solutions are delivered to end users.Your skills and experiencesPassion for UI web app development.Extensive experience with Core UI technologies: React, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS/HTMLExperience with GCP, cloud-based applications or DevOps activities is a plus.Some experience in cloud based, distributed, highly available and fault tolerant applications would be a plus.Excellent communication skills in written and spoken EnglishWhat we offerWe provide you with a comprehensive portfolio of benefits and offerings to support both, your private and professional needs.Emotionally and mentally balancedA positive mind helps us master the challenges of everyday life - both professionally and privately.
