We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment.A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions.Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams.Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation.ABOUT THE ROLEAs Specialist of Fuel, Ops & Cargo SM&P youll:Understand and work in accordance with the category and departmental strategy, building subject matter knowledge within your primary area of responsibility, obtaining market intelligence, and analyzing market developments.Manage the procurement process for small to medium value/risk projects following the SM&P process and procedures manual, supporting other procurement projects as requested.Manage small-to-medium value/risk contracts through their lifecycle, providing guidance to stakeholders on contractual matters.Manage escalated contractual claims and disputes, developing and managing long-term supplier relationships.Develop and leverage internal networks and external stakeholder relationships, ensuring the best input and output of your scope.Undertake business travel for internal purposes and supplier visits/meetings.ABOUT YOU Have at least a relevant graduate degree, a CIPS qualification or equivalent by experience. Highly proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is desirable but not essential. Experience in procurement, aviation/airline or a tourism environment is desirable but not essential. Strong numeric, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail. Ability to identify and understand key drivers in any scenario.
