Were the go-to platform for brands, agencies, and networks, with 1,000+ customers including Mutual of Omaha, ClassPass, and Tapjoy.We are accepting applications from candidates that reside in the following Areas:Netherlands: AmsterdamGermany: BerlinUK: LondonAbout the RoleThe successful candidate will oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation, customized to meet each clients specific business objectives. They will identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, develop strategies to drive revenue expansion, and effectively promote new products and features. Proficiency in English is required, with additional language skills preferred. Regular office visits are expected depending on the candidates location.ResponsibilitiesLead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to realized value in the shortest amount of time possible.Assist clients in the initial setup and configuration of the software, tailoring the implementation to meet their specific business needs.Identify growth opportunities with customers, and develop and implement solutions to achieve revenue expansion goals.Develop expertise with new products and features and be able to evangelize them with clients.Understand the customers business goals and challenges in order to advocate for customer needs and to share feedback within the company to influence product development and service improvements.Monitor customer usage data and health metrics of key accounts.Proactively identify any potential issues before they become problems and address accordingly.Tool Specific RequirementsExperience using either Everflow or competitor tracking platforms (preferred but not required).Third Party analytics solutions - Google Analytics, Social/Media Buying or MMPs (preferred but not required).Additional RequirementsStrong proficiency in English.
