Up until now, we have integrated over 650 different suppliers of flights, hotels, car rentals, transfers, tour packages, cruises, trains, buses, activities, and we are looking forward to continuing the rise of our travel inventory.TasksWe are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager with a strong background in the travel industry. Suitable candidates will have 4-5 years of experience, ideally in a bed bank or travel consolidator, or a related sector. This is a remote work position and would require the candidate to be a native speaker and preferably have a recorded achievement in business development in the travel industry.We are looking for the BDM in multiple markets:GCC Area (UAE, Bahrain, Oman)Cyprus, Trkiye, Lebanon, Syria, IraqLibya, Tunisia, Morocco, PalestineIndia, Malaysia, Thailand, NepalUSA, Maldives, SingaporeKey ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Analysis:Conduct market research for new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.Analyze market conditions, competitors, and customer needs to design effective business strategies.Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:Identify and acquire new clients through strategic networking, face-to-face meetings, and relationship building.Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and high retention levels.Sales & Revenue Growth:Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.Prepare and deliver convincing sales presentations and proposals to clients.Negotiate and drive the closure of contracts and deals.RequirementsExperience:4-5 years minimum experience in the travel industry, preferably with a background from bed banks, travel consolidators, or relevant industry type.Proven business development and sales track record.Skills:Excellent understanding of the travel industry and market changes.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients and partners.Full proficiency with CRM systems.Language:Native level of regional language.Fluency in written and spoken English.BenefitsDynamic working atmosphere:Become part of a bright, innovative company that fosters out-of-the-box ideas and initiatives.Development and promotion opportunities:The potential for professional growth and development.Optimal working schedule:A convenient and flexible working schedule.
