Thanks to our solution:The quality of care for recipients can be improved.Caregivers have more time for what really matters.The environment is preserved through reduced consumption and waste.We are currently rolling out our solution to several care homes across Europe and are looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to join our team as soon as possible.About the RoleAs a Technical Operations Engineer in the dynamic field of IoT technology, you will play a critical role in optimizing the performance of connected devices and ensuring seamless hardware and software operations. Your work will focus on testing, hardware refinement, and supporting supply chain processes, contributing directly to the success of our innovative solutions.Your ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of hardware infrastructure and digital solutions in care facilities to ensure the optimal functionality of the digital care assistance system.Perform comprehensive functional and performance testing of hardware and software, including sensors, wearables, cloud applications, web apps, and mobile apps.Monitor, analyze, and resolve technical issues remotely and on-site, working closely with software and embedded systems team.Support supply chain operations by maintaining inventory records, assisting with vendor management, and coordinating procurement processes to ensure optimal stock levels and the availability of key components.Assemble, test and optimize all hardware/firmware and some software components accordingly to our quality standards.Define and develop requirements for the next generation of hardware and software components.What we are looking forA bachelor''s or master''s degree with a technical focus, such as Industrial Engineering, Software/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, IoT, or a related field.Strong interest in learning about many technical topics.Hands-on mentality and interest in getting to the bottom of things.Strong problem-solving skills, a team-oriented mindset, and structured approach to work.Excellent communication skills in German and fluency in English.Willingness to travel is required to roll out our solution to care facilities.Not essential, but a plus:Experience with Linux OS, command line interfaces (CLI), bug reporting tools (e.g., Jira ticketing), and a basic understanding of networking concepts for IoT devices.Valid drivers license (class B).Our Benefits:You work in a company that actively contributes to society by improving health care and elderly care.Permanent employment and a competitive salary.Nice office located near Tiergarten S-Bahn station, close to TU Berlin.Flat hierarchies, agile team and short decision paths.Team events and a diverse, international company culture.In-depth insights into how start-ups and the digital health sector work.Urban Sports Club benefits.How to applyIf you are interested in joining our team, we look forward to receiving your application!
