As a result, merchants can improve their delivery speed, reduce logistics costs, and optimize product availability.As a scale-up company with several offices across Europe, we are always looking for talented team players who are eager to help us shape the future of e-commerce logistics; and this is where you come into play.This is what you will do:You are the interface between our fulfillment warehouse (partner) and the business.You support our partner in their daily work with byrd warehouse management, ticketing, and data analysis systems.You support project scoping and implementation by liaising between byrd central teams and partner warehouse.You are the eyes and ears of byrd Supply Chain team on-site, bringing clarity and facts to problem-solving discussions.You support the Supply Chain team in optimizing processes in collaboration with other byrd departments (mainly the tech and commercial teams).You coordinate special fulfillment requests from our customers.You plan the warehouse and fulfillment capacities together with our central network management team.You ensure the proper integration of new customers into a partner warehouse together with the customer onboarding team.You ensure that the partner warehouse is able to achieve byrd SLA targets (inbound and outbound) and meet byrd fulfillment standards.You conduct training for partner warehouse when new WMS features are introduced.This is what you will need to succeed:Bachelor''s degree in engineering, logistics, business administration, or equivalent.At least 3 years experience in logistics (warehouse management, operations management, etc.). Prior experience as a shift manager/supervisor is a plus.You are a natural at motivating others around you.Strong team player; you thrive when working with others.You demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilities: conducting and driving analysis on complex processes isnt a problem for you.You are a quick thinker, able to act decisively in a fast-paced environment.You are willing and able to work to flexible schedules and shifts; you always commit the time required to get the job done.Occasional overtime, including support of Saturday shifts, can happen with the needed notice period.This is what is in it for you:Training budget: We care about your development!
